Re: Canadian Surety Policy Number 1985762

Contents Coverage

ATT: Oscar

Dear Oscar:

I am the executor of my mother's estate. She passed away March 6, 1997 and I have purchased the condominium apartment from the estate.

I would like to continue the coverage which you have provided on the contents of this property, however, there are a few additions which I should mention:
1) I operate a small business from my home in the field of Income Tax Preparation and Management Consulting.
2) I require coverage on my computers and office equipment. Current computer equipment is as specified on the attached Schedule Of Articles from CUIS plus an Epson LQ570 printer (FMV $250.00), a Hewlett Packard Scanjet black & white scanner (FMV $250.00) and miscellaneous office furniture of minor value. The computers are presently covered under my mobile home policy (by additional rider), but that policy expires in September and I plan to sell the mobile prior to that time. The present coverage has been in effect since about 1987 with no claims.

I am 61 years of age, married, (wife Mabel R. Walters - joint tenant) and have been self employed for about 15 years. We will be taking up residency in the apartment sometime in July/97 and in the meantime are having some minor renovations done to the property.

Please advise the proposed premium for the coverage described and I will respond promptly with our decision.

Thank you,

Donald B. Walters

Dear Sirs:

I am presently a policyholder with your company for coverage on a mobile home (Donald & Mabel Walters - Policy No. 396193).

We will be selling our mobile home in the near future and have purchased a condominium apartment in Winnipeg from my mother's estate. I enclose a copy of the present insurance policy covering the contents of the apartment for reference.

I would appreciate receiving a quote on similar coverage with the addition of the fact that I will continue to operate a small Income Tax Preparation business from our home and will require coverage on my computer equipment as outlined in our present mobile home policy.

Your prompt attention by fax would be appreciated. Thank you.

Re: 13 Damien Rael Drive
Woodland Park

Dear Mr. Mynykyshyn:

We are in receipt of your letter and Assignment Of Lease Form sent by fax this date.

However, we have no application form from the proposed purchaser (Mr. T. Krawfish) of the mobile home at 13 Damien Rael Drive. Our Tenancy Agreements are normally entered into on a thirty days notice by either party basis. We will provide a one year lease for residents financing through CMHC, but the lease is not assignable. I have a "Grant Of Use Of Land" document which allows the bank to do all that it requires in the event of default with the only exception being that the mobile home cannot be removed from our property until any outstanding Lot Rents are paid.

I am forwarding a sample of our one year lease and a Grant Of Use Of Land (blank). If Mr. Krawfish completes the application agreeing to comply with our Park Rules we will be happy to sign these forms.

Re: Installation of Power & Telephone Services
6 Lots - West Side Of Hornhaw St.

Dear Terry:

Attached is a drawing of the existing area of the Trailer Park which encompasses the six lots that are to be serviced on Hornhaw St. They are numbers 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 on the West side of the street.

Lots 2 thru 10 on that side of the street are already serviced and lots 1 thru 11 on the East side have been serviced. Due to unanticipated demand for mobile home sites we find it necessary to expand our facility at this time.

As usual, we will have meter boxes, pedestals, ground rods and bare copper wire ready for installation when your construction crew are able to do this work for us. As some of these lots are already reserved for customers the earliest possible construction date would be appreciated. Please advise the deposit required and we will remit a cheque promptly.

Thanks,

Donald B Walters, Mgr.
