3) Copies of 1996 and 1997 Tax Returns for Dianne I. Walters - not yet completed.
4) Copies of paid and unpaid bills since Date Of Death - attached
5) Title to the condominium apartment (and tax bill) - attached.
6) Bank Of Montreal Share Certificates - attached.
NOTE: I have retained the services of an accredited appraiser and the appraisal should be ready next week (about Tuesday). I will pay for their services and submit the appraisal and invoice to your office when received. The appraisers are:
